Group End of Term Meeting- Flip Out Trampoline Park

To end the Spring Term all Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from 9th Muswell Hill will join together for our last meeting before Easter to enjoy an evening of Bouncing at Flip Out, which we have arranged exclusive use of for the evening.
The evening will include some presentations of badges and awards as well promise renewals.
This will replace normal meetings for Thursday Cubs and Thursday Scouts on this date. Beavers and Tuesday Scout meetings on Tuesday 2nd April will be cancelled.
It is a requirement of the venue that a disclaimer is completed prior to the activity. Costs and Payments: £10.00 (this event is being partly subsidies by the group)
Travel: Please meet outside the main entrance, where leaders will be signing in young people. The evening will be finished by approximately 21.00.
If anyone is struggling with transport for this event we will have very limited space in the group minibus travelling to and from the event which can be booked on a first come first served basis by emailing dan@9thmuswellhill.org.uk.
Notes: Please be suitably dressed for activity. No loose clothing. Jump Socks will be provided free of charge.
Top half uniform required for presentations along with Group Scarf.
Confirmation of members attendance or otherwise is required via. OSM by Thursday 28th March 2019.
